O Family Tree, O Family Tree

Lowe's tries selling unnamed religious holiday "Family Trees" in a recent catalog:

Nice to see how quickly Lowe's scrambled to apologize. Having a few million red state, self-reliant do-it-yourselfers (aka customers) pissed off isn't good for business.

Now, if only they hadn't labeled that other thing a "Family Barn Playset --- Now With Baby!"...

UPDATE: Hello, HotAIr (thanks, Allahpundit).

I will not buy anything at Lowe's ever again if they can not put the word Christmas on Christmas trees and other Christmas things. They must say Merry Christmas on their catalogues also and on all flyers.

I just got a flyer today and the word Christmas in no where on the flyer. It says Holiday decorations and it calls the trees Fir, spruce, etc trees and wreath are called Fruit Wreath, Holiday decorated wreaths and Berry Wreaths
It is time to boycott Lowe's
