I think the Obama people planted the story with their friends at the Huff report so that Hillary would say something so they could launch this huge counter attack, and the reason is simple they are having trouble in Pennsylvania getting past a 6 percent loss to Hill so they set a bait and she bit. (big gamble)
Otherwise how can you explain how they were able to respond so quickly and even launch a Internet ad response to Hill same night she spoke. BO needs the fight, they are desperate to end it at Penn.
Now he has successfully tied Hill and McC together in a fight against him, and he is betting once he get a microphone he can outmaneuver them as the underdog.
