My God --- for those of you holding out hope that McCain would somehow carpetbomb Obama into oblivion with a re-introduction of Rev. Jeremiah Wright in these final days, forget about it:
To have a campaign spokesman painfully twist in the wind like that demonstrates exactly how off-limits Jeremiah Wright is to the McCain campaign.
Of course, the libs are screaming McCarthyism over Goldfarb's noble self-restraint:
Andrew Sullivan (link moratorium)
Michael Goldfarb, McCain spokesman, accuses Barack Obama of hanging around with anti-Semites - plural - on CNN. Asked to name one other anti-Semite other than his allegation about Rashid Khalidi, he can't. He won't. But he leaves it hanging, refusing to disown or retract the charge. This is pure McCarthyism. And it is the rotten core of McCain.
and
I'd say that if we have a bigot here, it's Mr. Goldfarb who, if he's intent on calling people antisemitic--or any other epithet--should be required to provide chapter and verse, which he does not do on CNN.
Some of Wright's verboten anti-semtism:

Sounds more like calling in the dogs, Cuffy.

This is exactly why I won't be horribly surprised if McCain loses. The only reason I was willing to support him was that I was sure he was going to turn out to be a mean-assed cocksucker who'd take no shit. Turns out, he's so scared of being called a racist he won't let people make obvious associations. Well, they're calling him a racist anyway, so how's that working out?

McCain is a scaredy-cat. No yarbles at all. That is why he will lose. He does not know how to fight. Not a single black is voting for him anyway... he has nothing to lose.

What about this 480 thousand that McCain supposedly gave to this guy Khalid's group -- true?
This is the first I've heard of this.

Hey Rick, how about Wright and Farakhan.... Need me to keep going?
Okay, don't mind if I do.
Dr. Khalid al-Mansour

Rick is a prime example of the idiotic media that simply repeats Obama talking points. Rick it is about proximity and having first hand knowledge of who someone is and is all about.
Does anyone really believe that McCain would knowingly give money to a member of a former member of the PLO (terrorist organization)?
Now apply the same standard to Obama. Answer: Hell yes!
No one has suggested that McCain had a close personal relationship with this guy. In fact, McCain was simply part of an organization who gave money to this guys organization. However, Obama had a close personal relationship with Khalidi and obviously would have known his personal views on such topics as Israel.
Moreover, McCain never sat through a party in which participants got up and blasted Israel. Obama obviously was not sufficiently bothered by what he heard to get up and leave.
Maybe Obama caught a ride to the party with Bill and Bernadine and as a result couldn't leave early. Who the Hell knows but there is a pattern and practice of hanging out and making common cause with radicals.

Clearly the moderator knew Goldfarb was talking about Wright and also knew that those working in the McCain campaign are not allowed to mention Wright's name for fear of being ousted from the campaign.
In his idiot-gloating at Goldfarb's difficult position the moderator proved he is not a journalist, and Goldfarb proved that on this issue everyone in the campaign has been totally emasculated.
McCain's intentional ignoring of Wright's racist, anti-semitic, anti-American rants demonstrates a racism of a kind in itself. A racism that puts a black preacher off-limits because he is black, even though criticism of him and his relationship with Obama are completely justifiable.

Why the fuck won't this guy say whom we all know he's talking about? McCain was SO, SO stupid to declare Wright (Farrakhan-revering, AmeriKKKa-hating, racial-epithet spewing--christ-killing garlic noses--anyone?) off limits. Obama didn't even cut Wright loose until Wright let the cat out of the bag (though anyone with any brains already knew the truth). Namely, Obama is a big, fat fucking liar.

Reverend Wright and leader of the Nation of Islam.
That's a pretty severe form of self-inflicted McCarthyism Goldfarb has there.

Heard Dick Morris say tonight that some GOP 527 doesn't care what McCain thinks, their going to put six million in advertising the three days running up to Tues., all Rev. Wright. We'll see.

You don't suppose they're afraid Obama will counter with McCain's adulterous affair with Cindy while still married to his first wife?

Barack Obama attended the million man march and helped organize it. Louis Farrakhan.

"You don't suppose they're afraid Obama will counter with ...(FUD)" dirt the obama seminer-posters have been spreading for months and months?
Obama has already been there and done that when it comes to smearing John McCain. On that and many other points.
